If you spoil you or your loved ones with " the power of TOUCH", you all will never get spoiled.

We all have the need to be touched as well as our loved ones need to be touched. Making sure you receive touch or give the gift of touch is so important for our well-being and our soul.
Here are some reasons:
-helps to bond people together to build trust, security, and is found that physical touch activates the brains orbital frontal cortex linked to feeling of rewards and compassion. A simple touch can trigger the release of "oxytocin" the love hormone. Babies and children really need touch from their mother ,or a mother like person ,at a young age to build security ,confidence, build their Immune  System, as well as help them emotionally and socially development. Lack of touch can also lead to emotional disorders and "The healing powers of touch " can eliminate stress, depression and anxiety.
-Touch can decrease disease and strengthen the immune System. People that receive touch and hugs get an emotional charge which stimulates the thymus gland. The thymus gland regulates white blood cells which keep us healthy.
-touching and massaging yourself with self-love gives yourself  a chance to appreciate your body ,not with judgment, but of pure gratitude. It allows you to give compassion for its aches, scars and pains and gives you the chance to give thanks for all your body has done for you. This is sending messages to yourself of self-love which creates healing and happiness.

Ways to receive and give touch:
1) hug, stroke, kiss, tickle, or give a soothing massage to someone you care about.
2)surround yourself with people that like to touch. For example, a grandmother, loving friends, family, the Italian lady at the pasta shop, or your coworker that likes to high-five you when you did a good job. Decide to get a pet that loves to cuddle or join a sports team that likes to hug and a high-five whether you win or lose.
3) go get a massage, facial, pedicure from a professional that is caring and is a healer.
